EVENT DESCRIPTION

If you know the theme tune from The Simpsons, you already know the music of Danny Elfman – the genius who created the musical world of Edward Scissorhands, followed Alice into Wonderland and let Tim Burton’s Batman take flight.

Outrageously tuneful, deliciously dark or just plain magical, there’s no film composer quite like him, and tonight his friend and collaborator John Mauceri introduces some of his best-loved scores –as well as the UK premiere of his stunning new Violin Concerto played by American violinist Sandy Cameron.

We’re delighted that Danny Elfman will be making an appearance and signing copies of his newly released CD Eleven Eleven after the concert. CDs will be available to purchase on the night.

Tickets can be purchased here

There is also a performance in Glasgow on 30th November and tickets can be purchased here
